Plasmonix provides AI-powered lead generation services that help businesses identify, target, and connect with potential customers through various advertising channels and social media platforms. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Social media integration and advertising
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Customer relationship management tools

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Represent a legitimate business entity
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Service Qualification and Approval

Plasmonix reserves the right to review and approve all applications for our services. Not all applicants will qualify for our platform. Qualification criteria include but are not limited to:

• Business legitimacy and compliance with applicable laws
• Minimum budget requirements
• Target audience alignment with our capabilities
• Industry and business model compatibility

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, with rates varying by plan and advertising channel used:

• Standard Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet our qualification standards. A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Meets your specified target demographic criteria
• Has provided valid and verified contact information
• Has been verified through our multi-point validation system

7. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Targeting minors or vulnerable populations
• Promoting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Plasmonix and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Plasmonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service access.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Plasmonix reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
